This doll is made as the original Higgs dolls were. She has the distinctive features that are typical of Higgs work. She is wearing a lovely gown of embroidered silk that dates to 1740’s  . Her petticoat is quilted silk and the dress is trimmed in gold lace trim. She has a wonderful form and proportion to her for her small size of only ten inches.
