Here is my newest piece of furniture. a custom order for a country Settee. Based on the country chair. It stands 10.5 inches at the center back and 4.5 floor to seat. Arm to arm is 12.5 as they flare outward. The seat measures 11.25 front corner to front corner. and it is 4 inches deep. This settee has quite a lot of intricate turnings and has a lovely hand painted patina to give it the proper aged look. The hand woven seat also has a wonderful aged look.

Hello This is Lady Kate she is 24 inches tall. Kate is wearing a sack back gown with an 18th century print although the fabric is vintage and not 18th century it is aged appropriately to have the right look. the trim and lace are antique as is the rosette trim accenting her stomacher and gown. the under skirt is made of a lovely turquoise silk as are her fabulous shoes which are trimmed in antique rosette trim. Kate has a lovely face which seems to look directly at you she of course has my signature enamel on copper eyes just as the original dolls. She is jointed at the hips and knees as the originals as well. Kate is a wonderful doll to add to your collection. look through my furniture and select a chair for her to display in as well.

This is Lady Abigale she is 8 inches tall and dressed in turquoise green and blue pieced striped dress of duponi silk. Her dress is trimmed in perfect turquoise green and blue antique rosette trim, What a find! and she has shoes to match. She is ready for the mascarade ball holding a mask in her hand. she has a woven silk stomacher of the same fabric as her dress . She is made as all my English wooden dolls with turned torso and jointed legs that bend at the hips and knees. her hands are hand carved fork type as the original dolls of the 18th century. she is very special because not only does she have my signature enameled eyes but hers are amber with black pupils they are very subtle but striking. she has a wonderful face aged just enough to give her the appropriate look.

Witch Hilda sure could use some dental work but who could resist that smile, well at least I think she is smiling. she is wear a purple velvet under skirt with a silk open robe dress. she is made as all my English woodens and has my enameled on copper eyes. great antique trim adorns her stomacher and she has one of the pointiest hats I have ever made.

Witch Esmeralda is a little tired she has the baggy eyes to prove it . It seems all her witchy antics have caught up with her for sure this year . Witch Lucinda has had a great year all her spells worked and she is quite happy with all the mischief she has created. Her little pumpkin house is a bit over grown and disheveled. She needs a good home to bewitch this Halloween.

It is taken from an 18th Century American Parlor and fits 11 inch to 14 inch dolls very well. I will be adding more pictures soon. The doll rooms come disassembled for shipping purposes and require assembly by you. Hello every one well this was just for fun she is so tiny and sweet . She is fully articulated like the original Higgs dolls bending at the hips and knees. She is wearing a dress I made from some 18th century scraps of deep blue silk under dress, and an embroidered silk open robe gown. I trimmed it in a gold embroidered floss and gold thread. With little hand made tassels. Her hair is hand stitched red mohair and she has the tiniest of curls . I am very pleased with how she turned out. I have made her a stand for support. This wonderful chair is one of my most popular styles. I t has a worn walnut color and is distress to look old. I have upholstered the seat with as wonderful 18th century silk fabric that has all the lovely worn look to make this chair very special . It would be a good fit for a doll that is 14 inches tall. Along side is a Queen Anne tea table on a turned pedestal, it measures 4.5 inches tall and has a 5 inch diameter table top.
