Here is my newest piece of furniture. a custom order for a country Settee. Based on the country chair. It stands 10.5 inches at the center back and 4.5 floor to seat. Arm to arm is 12.5 as they flare outward. The seat measures 11.25 front corner to front corner. and it is 4 inches deep. This settee has quite a lot of intricate turnings and has a lovely hand painted patina to give it the proper aged look. The hand woven seat also has a wonderful aged look.

This Hitchcock painted chair is only 8.5 inches tall and 4 inches wide at the seat. , and 4.25 inches floor to seat. Custom made to a customers specifications. It has a hand woven rush seat in perfect scale to the size of the chair. completely hand painted to appear stenciled.

Here it is finally finished!! This doll room measures 30 x 40 x 61 Inches.
This room has all the effects that the Thorne rooms have at the at The Art Institute of Chicago .
It is taken from an 18th Century American Parlor and fits 11 inch to 14 inch dolls very well. I will be adding more pictures soon. Doll rooms can be ordered to your size requirements, and do not come furnished. They include a chandelier and the lighting. The doll rooms come disassembled for shipping purposes and require assembly by you. Because all orders are different prices are based on your individual size requirements and accessories ordered. there is a 4 to 6 month delivery window and may be extended depending on the unique requirements of the order.
This wonderful chair is one of my most popular styles. I t has a worn walnut color and is distress to look old. I have upholstered the seat with as wonderful 18th century silk fabric that has all the lovely worn look to make this chair very special . It would be a good fit for a doll that is 14 inches tall. Along side is a Queen Anne tea table on a turned pedestal, it measures 4.5 inches tall and has a 5 inch diameter table top. This Chippendale arm chair has a wonderful scrolled skirt and cabriolet legs it has a wide seat and arms the curve outward to accommodate the fullest of skirts worn by the Lady’s of the day . Here is my latest Chair . It is a lovely 18th century country chair with a hand woven rush seat. I have done a painted finish on it with a wonderful aged patina. As you can see it has a lot of turnings and a slight curve to the back of the chair it has a delicate look but is very sturdy. this chair measures 12 5/8 inches tall . It has a generous seat 7 inches wide in the front tapering to 5 3/4 inches in the back . Floor to seat is 5 1/4 inches.

Thia is a custom made William and Mary chair it feature hand carve 17th century lettering with interwoven vines and leaves. it is quite intricate and detailed. This chair measure10 inches tall x 4 inches wide and 3.5 back to front . It has a slight slant to the back at the customers request to accommodate the doll it was built for which had a slight lean to it when in the sitting position. The legs are lathe turned. it is constructed with mortise and tenon joinery as well as wood peg and wood glue. This chair is made entirely of Black Walnut with a shellac finish.

Tiny only 2 inches by 1.25 inches
This is a tiny fancy painted arm chair American Regency period. it is 2 inches tall and 1.25 inches wide made for a 3 inch doll. this chair has all the same attention to detail as do the larger ones. Spindels are hand carved (they just don’t make a lathe small enough yet ) So it has a real folk art feel to it. The price of a chair this size reflects the additional hand work.
